RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please e-mail or call us before sending the item back, so we can issue you a Return Service Label.

Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges.

Please allow up to thirty days for refunds and credits.

SHIPPING POLICY

ULTRASHIELD® prides ourselves in providing our customers with service that is second-to-none. ULTRASHIELD® aerosol products (stock items) are shipped via FedEx Ground Service Monday through Friday. Orders usually ship within twenty-four hours.
